It’s simple. You’ll create a 8worx account and enjoy using it for 15 days. You’ll have unlimited access to all 8worx features. After 15 days, you could pick a monthly or annual billing plan.
Do you offer refunds?
The applicable Fee is charged in advance on monthly or annual payment intervals. All Fees are non-refundable. That’s why we are offering you 15-day free trial, so you can make sure that our solution is fit your business.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by PayPal, Skrill (USD only for online payments), and offline payments (wire transfer). You can use your credit card with either PayPal or Skrill. For annual payments, we can issue invoices and accept POs. PayPal is our preferred mode of payment. We also accept bank transfers only for annual subscriptions or amount exceeding $500. Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes, you can. 8worx is a pay-as-you-go service so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. We do not have cancellation fees. But if you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month.
